As one of nine children born to Norwegian immigrants, Caroll Forseth’s artistic ability emerged at an early age.
This self-taught artist began to paint on rocks and wood as a child on his family’s meager homestead in Alberta, Canada. His career, now spanning more than 40 years, reflects his passion for the rugged terrain of North America. Using only a pallet knife, Forseth’s mastery of his craft is revealed in his imposing landscapes and breathtaking desert scenes.
Having won the respect of his colleagues as well as a broad international customer base, Forseth’s devotion to his craft continues as he strives to share his vision of God’s grand creation in a permanent legacy.
